How can I keep my hair straight and neat?

I have very fine, sleek, and thin long hair, and it gets knotted very easily. Is there anyway that couldn't happen? I would like it to be like that until the end of the day at school, but if its hairspray i don't want it so my hair looks soaking wet by the time i'm doing spraying it. I also want to try to find a way to keep it in place all day, so by the end of the day it isn't out of shape or anything, but the only problem is I have to put my hair in a ponytail for P.E , so anything that could withstand that too? thank you :).

Please help, I no longer wish to be Jewish?

Desperate help needed. A few years ago I converted to Judaism when I married my wife. The local rabbi turned me away 3 times, but I kept going back because I thought that's what I wanted. I went through the process, going before the Beth Din and even being immersed in the ritual Mikveh. I have since done a lot of soul searching and have determined that this is not for me. I have made a lot of new friends at the synagogue, but I I accept Jesus as my savior, something incompatible with Judaism. My family is Christian and this is where my faith lies. My wife and I agreed to respect each other's faiths. I am now attempting to have the conversion nullified, but the rabbi is now conveniently claiming that there is nothing he can do. I even went back to the Beth Din and requested that they undo the conversion, and they won't. The synagogue won't do anything to help me. What can I do? Hey from what I can tell is perhaps your caloric intake is too low considering that you work out. A general rule is that make sure you're eating between 1200-1500 calories a day so your body doesn't think its starving. Have at least 3 balanced meal with protein (chicken breast, salmon, eggs, tuna, turkey, tofu etc,) carbs (brown rice, quinoa, legumes, vegetables, fruits, oats, sweet potato/yam) healthy fats (from peanuts, olive oil, avocado) and snacks in between so you don't feel hungry throughout the day. Make sure you also drink enough water because sometimes you might think you're hungry when in reality you're just thirsty. If it helps, keep track of everything that you eat&when by simply writing a food journal.

Ok, the simplest thing to do is get some nice modern rims (I like black centers with polished rims). Do a "plus 1" addition. If you have 16 inch wheels with 50-series tires, go to 17 in wheels on 40-series tires. Skip the side skirts, the car was swoopy enough for its time. The engines on these cars are actually pretty robust, and similar to Mitsubishi engines in their design. You can either do simple mods like revised ECM mapping, cold-air intake, better plugs or for more speed a turbo or supercharger. If you add 50 or more HP I suggest lowering the suspension with a professional kit (shocks, springs, roll-bars).

First off, I am 5'8" and about 190-200lbs depending on the week lol. I have tried various weight loss methods in the past but I get bored with them in a few weeks and stop them. i was coming home at approx. 1215 AM and i turned on a road where theres a park and ride at the corner..a cop just happened to be sitting there. he had his lights on and was investigating another vehicle sitting there. as i turned on the road i saw the cop heading back to his cruiser...i made it another 1/2 mile and saw headlights pull out of the park and ride and heading my way..i was almost to my buddies house, but i missed the driveway( it was dark, raining and in the middle of the night) so i pulled off in the next driveway but did not pull all the way in, just far enough so i could turn around..well then im sitting there waiting for the car that was coming to pass...but it happened to be the cop, and as i just sat there, he pulls over and turns his blues on...he comes to the car and does his thing..in the process he asked me if i had an exhaust leak..i said no and that less then 8 hrs prior to this my car was in the shop taking an inspection sticker...i needed exhaust work to take a sticker...i got it fixed and got the sticker...anyway that didnt seem to phase him...he looked by my shifter and saw a roach...he went back to his car for a few moments and returned...he said he needed to do a vehicle search, so he did( as far as i knew, two cops should be present during a vehicle search..well there was only one. but he was a sheriff so i dont know if that makes a difference) anyway he searched and found my stuff.. he then takes the time to write the summon's up, at that time the second sheriff pulled up. he came back had me sign them.. then he has me do a soberiety test...where he made me do one was on a hill, and the road had tons of uneven and cracked spots..after he says im going to be arrested b/c he was under the assumtion i was under the influence. my friend i had with me walked back to his house as i was heading to the police station. my main defense i think is the fact he pulled me over for my exhaust being to loud, but in fact wasnt to loud seeing how if it was, dont you think i wouldnt have been able to get my inspection done? so please read through this, let me know if anything the cop did was lawful/unlawful and if i may have a good chance when fighting this. thank you!!

I have a 7 year old yellow lab. She is an allergy dog and we have had her since she was a puppy along with her sister from the same litter. Her sister perfectly healthy with a nice glossy coat that gets thick in the winter and sleek and glossy in the summer, where as Toffy has a very thick coat. She used to get bad rashes on her stomach from her allergys and we got her on meds for that. Now all she has left is a very thick, dry coat that won't even thin out in the summer and a lot of dandruff. My parents have spent a lot of money on her, even buying her special shampoo from the vet and stuff, but they are done with that since she no longer has her painful rash and all her fur is grown back on her stomach. So I was just wondering what some good brands of shampoo/conditioner would work for her. I was thinking of trying Main n' Tail or the Head and Shoulders shampoo/conditioner brands? For Maizy (her healthy sister), we just use dish soap to get the grease off her coat and some of our conditioner to make is soft and she looks awesome. But Toffy doesn't do so well, and she needs something stronger.

I am really torn about which phone to get next. I am a hardcore Apple fan boy, but a friend just got a new Blackberry Bold and it looks really sleek with a great display, OS, and keyboard. I have no support. I'm not complaining, but it's difficult to remain motivated when you have no one to keep you going. Whether you fail or not, it's only yourself your damaging. Simple exercise plan? I can get access to a gym, but it won't be for about two months. I have a 10lb weight and two 5lb weights. I can't exercise outside, I get heat sickness VERY easily. None if you do that treadmill every day. The body gets used to that very same exercise and the metabolism goes down into saver mode. If you want to lose weight it would be best if you alternate another exercise with the treadmill---for instance, i do the elliptical trainer and I do alternate with the hoola hoop. I do 2 days on the elliptical, 1 day hoola hoop, 1 day elliptical, 2 days hoola hoop and so forth. That way my metabolism won't go into saver mode...and the scale told me that I am doing the right thing....

okay, hopefully this will be simple, if you dont want the bump then, turn your head upside down and gather all your hair into a ponytail, flip your head back up and take a comp to smooth out the bumps. then secure with a hairband. To get the bump what i normally do is tease my hair, but leave the very top layer alone, so that i can put it over top of the teased part, and i secure the bump with bobby pins because the ponytail always pulls it out if i dont. After you do that then make a ponytail like you normally do and just comb out the bumps before putting the hairband in. hope i helped

Hi. Thank you to anybody that can help me with this. History: About 8 years ago when I was at a fair in Arlington, TX my husband, myself & my two adorable boys had a charcoal sketch done for us free of charge. It is known as a "Butt Sketch", meaning that it is sketched from the backside as opposed to the front side. Details: It's pretty large in size (approx. 18 x 24). Since it was done, I've just had it "preserved" in between 2 pieces of cardboard (collapsed moving box) & taped. The sketch itself is starting to smear & the paper (sketch paper, I assume) is starting to curl so I most definitely don't want to totally lose it. The Point: I can't afford to have it professionally "fixed". How do I "fix" it myself within a budget that works? Matte it, etc. Any help would be MOST appreciated!!!
