Which car would you get? Volvo S60 T5 or Subary Legacy 3.6R?

If you were to keep the vehicle for a long time say, 8-10 years I would go with the Subaru, but since you will lease for only 3 years my nod goes to the Volvo. It is a much nicer car than the Subaru, inside and out. Volvo's can be expensive to maintain if you neglect them, but 3 years is no issue, everything will be under warranty.
