Can i block infect with block damage cards?

ok so my bro got an infect deck going do block all damage cards work for infect since it is indeed a form of damage also are there any epic knight or dragon cards to help me counter this? my deck is partly boom and nullify damage built but i can get a card up to like 20-20 flying and one shot some one
