My hair is at the stage where its mid way to how i want it any suggestions?

Just use a straightening iron to fix the pieces you don't like. Until it grows out to where you want it you probably aren't going to absolutely love it. I had my hair in a bob last year and growing it out is taking forever. But it's definitely worth it.
