Seriously Messed up Hair: Help making it glossy straight and sleek?

My hair it natural beach waves but one of my friends has hair similar to yours I use my chi on it with some john fredria heat protestant the one that's for straightening hair then I spray some shine spray in it then u use big sexy hair in it and her hair stays for hours and is still moveable hope this helped :)
