Losing weight... Is this method good, and when will I see results?

Hey good for you to try to better your self and second of all i run 2 miles every day eat extremely healthy AND exercise and it has gotten me skinnier by notice and yea you do extra exercise like swimming and biking and yea that is all good but increase your 1 mile to 2 miles. Now i know it will take you a while to reach there since i started on a mile but if you run around your neighborhood use http://www.mapmyrun.com/ it even has a app if u have I phone it lets you map out a run on the streets and it will calculate how long it is that's how i know i run 2.08 miles every day
