What should I give my artistic friend for a housewarming present?

I have this INCREDIBLY nice,sweet artistic friend who has just built a wonderful house I really want to give her a housewarming present but I don't exactly know what to give her. To be honest she is almost insanely well off, has multiple houses, maids, ect. So it has to be something that wouldn't look strange next to her top quality furniture. She is artistic and her house is very modern and sleek looking, it's a beach house(summer house) if you are wondering. If you have any creative ideas that I could do please let me know. I am willing to spend up to $200. Thank you!
