In your opinion, what's the best flat iron to get sleek, silky, and shiny hair?

So I have layered/razored medium thick dark blonde hair that's slightly damaged and dry from being dyed. I take pretty good care of my hair (hair treatments, deep conditioning, heat protectents, hair smoothers, ect) I want a really good quality flat iron that will make my hair sleek and shiny. Price doesn't really matter. Thanks in advance!!
