Heavy blood and protein loss in urine?

so i went to see occupational health yesterday and a urine test showed i am loosing quiet a bit of blood and protein in my urine. blood was blood++++ and protein++ if that makes sense to anyone. also when i had blood tests approx 2 months ago they showed low protein,my, my doctor just put this down to me being vegetarian, now im beggining to wonder due to this urine test. has anyone got any ideas?
