Working out lately, am I creating enough of a calorie decifit?

Hey from what I can tell is perhaps your caloric intake is too low considering that you work out. A general rule is that make sure you're eating between 1200-1500 calories a day so your body doesn't think its starving. Have at least 3 balanced meal with protein (chicken breast, salmon, eggs, tuna, turkey, tofu etc,) carbs (brown rice, quinoa, legumes, vegetables, fruits, oats, sweet potato/yam) healthy fats (from peanuts, olive oil, avocado) and snacks in between so you don't feel hungry throughout the day. Make sure you also drink enough water because sometimes you might think you're hungry when in reality you're just thirsty. If it helps, keep track of everything that you eat&when by simply writing a food journal.
