How can I keep my hair straight and neat?

I have very fine, sleek, and thin long hair, and it gets knotted very easily. Is there anyway that couldn't happen? I would like it to be like that until the end of the day at school, but if its hairspray i don't want it so my hair looks soaking wet by the time i'm doing spraying it. I also want to try to find a way to keep it in place all day, so by the end of the day it isn't out of shape or anything, but the only problem is I have to put my hair in a ponytail for P.E , so anything that could withstand that too? thank you :).

I strongly suspect that the manager of the given hotel has some arrangement (either periodic bribes and/or special discounts) with an officer of Metropolitan Police who initially threatened me regarding Criminal Damage. After finding no evidence to charge me against any offense, he bluntly told me that he can detain me for 24 hours without any charges whatsoever. I had to pay the given amount to avoid further delay and inconvenience. I was a victim of Blackmail and Extortion using the Powers assigned to Police (most like bribed by the Hotel Management). Are police officers in UK above the law?

Does a licence agreement have the same protection from harassment as a full tenancy?

I have read that if a tenancy contains a clause where the landlord can come round to and enter the property without notice, then this renders it a "sham tenancy" and therefore not legally binding. I have not a tenancy, but a "Licence Agreement", in which there is a clause that states: "The staff reserve the right to go into the Licensee room without notice where deemed necessary." Does this render the Licence Agreement illegal in the same way that it would nullify a full tenancy? This is considering that my flat has been entered on a number of occasions by the staff of the landlord without prior notice or my permission, and even after I have explicitly told them at the door that I do not want them to come in (because I am showering/on the toilet/trying to sleep/having sex). And if I left without paying my final rent, would this nullify any debt incurred if it were in fact considered a "sham" by the courts?
